Melissa Etheridge and her longtime partner Tammy Lynn Michaels are planning to tie the knot. The couple welcomed twins Miller Steven and Johnnie Rose in 2006. Etheridge also has two children with former partner Julie Cypher: daughter Bailey Jean and son Beckett who were conceived via artificial insemination thanks to a "donation" by friend and rock legend David Crosby
Etheridge and Michaels first exchanged vows in Malibu in 2003 - now that gay marriage is legalized in California, the couple will make it official. Don't wait too long Melissa and Tammy - Propostion 8 will be rearing its ugly head on ballots in November.
