Why are people so angry and vindictive, and when a good person comes along, that truly stands for good things, bad people just tear them down,what angry and troubled hearts, it's sad that there are so many people so full of hate...

I can't stand Sarah Palin--I think she's incompetent and dangerous. HOWEVER: as a woman, I find this offensive. She's a powerful woman who has been reduced to a sex object. I generally don't have a problem with some mocking of public figures (free speech and all that), but this would not have happened if Palin was male.

It's just the perfect old testament punishment for hanging the whole of female humanity out to dry for her own political advancement, though.  There is a reason that we as women have had to fight to be treated as humans first and not sex objects, or mothers, or housewives.  She is raising daughters and not leading them to be smart and upstanding women so why should she be leading our country?
