Liam Neeson is a father of two sons, Micheal and Daniel (13 and 12, respectively), so his latest movie, "Taken," really hits close to home for the actor. In the film, his daughter is kidnapped. Liam and wife Natasha Richardson talked a lot about it during the filming.
Neeson, 56, said, "It just had a double impact with me. I think for any parent, the worst thing you can imagine in life is your child being taken and not knowing what's happened to them."
While "Taken" is coming out in January of next year, Liam's boys have already seen it and really liked. But they were even more approving of Liam's buff physique that he had to gain for the role. "They said, 'Dad, that's cool!' And that was about the highest praise you can get."
The boys haven't yet seen "Schindler's List," however, which is the movie that garnered Liam an Oscar nomination 15 years ago. It's a pretty adult film. He plans on showing it to his oldest son soon. Liam said, "I haven't seen it myself in several years, so I want to watch it again, with Michael and some of his peers."
Here's the trailer for "Taken."
