Perfect timing Britney! Brit's attorney announced that the singer would not be accepting a plea deal from prosecutors for driving without a license and then she goes and has another fender bender y'all!

Luckily, Spears wasn't driving - her bodyguard was, and he ran into a pap's car as Brit went shade shopping at Wasteland in West Hollywood on Wednesday. Oops!
Britney was offered a deal of paying a fine of $150, and having one year's probation for her misdemeanor. Taking the deal would have prevented her from going to trial - which is now set for October 15.
