Salma Hayek has always been beautiful, but since becoming a mom, she's grown, you know, as a person. Salma is guesting on 30 Rock and the actress was spotted on set looking hot in a red dress, that definitely accentuated her big... eyes. During takes, the 41-year-old actress cuddled with her adorable daughter, Valentina.

Salma was asked by Tina Fey to do two episodes as a "character" and "not as herself." Can't wait to see it - it may air as early as next week!
