The Hills reality TV stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted having dinner at Mr. Chow over the weekend, and either Heidi had way too much to eat or she's getting ready to make an announcement....

Looking slightly rounded (any little nugget and I'm off and running!) in the belly area, one could assume that Montag is preggers. Or maybe that's just me and my overly active imagination. Or maybe the food was so good she had seconds!
Anyway, a pregnancy announcement would certainly make for a great season ender for The Hills - do they have season enders on that show? I've never seen it so I'm not sure.
She's probably not, but she and Spencer have talked babies before, so it's not an impossibility. I think they mentioned they want to be the next Brangelina. Ha, good luck with that!
Oh and let's not forget Heidi said a few months ago she was going to fake a pregnancy for ratings.
