Power forward for the Philadelphia 76ers Elton Brand, 29, and his wife Shahara welcomed their first child, Elton Peace Brand on Thursday. Little Elton came in at 8 lbs, 6 oz and mom is doing just fine. The couple announced the pregnancy in July.
Brand started playing basketball at Duke University and went pro in 1999 for the Chicago Bulls. He also played for the L.A. Clippers before getting traded this year to the 76ers.
Congrats to Elton and Shahara! Man, that woman is definitely a MILF.
