Madonna and Guy Ritchie met in 1999 through Sting and his wife Trudie Styler, and became a couple soon after. They had their son Rocco, who was born on August 11,2000 and were married in Scotland a few months later, on December 22. Sadly, they've now filed for divorce and it looks like things are about to get nasty. It's a shame - they look so happy in those photos, but I guess that can be said of of anyone.

Madonna, who was briefly married to actor Sean Penn in the 80's, said after her divorce: "I was completely obsessed with my career and not ready to be generous in any shape or form." Suppose that's still true? But, it does take two and there's two sides to every story. I'm betting we're going to hear from both.
Hopefully the kids will be okay through all of this.
