I'm guessing SNL star Amy Poehler won't be making it to Weekend Update tonight, since she's doing her own weekend update - the 37-year-old has just given birth to her first child!

According to TMZ sources, Amy has been in labor all day, but she and husband Will Arnett are now the proud parents to a son!
Amy's TV partner, Seth Myers will do Weekend Update by himself, but I'm sure he can handle it.
No other details of the birth are available yet, but we'll keep you posted.
Congrats! And although we're happy for Amy, the birth of her baby, means no more SNL (waaaa!) but last weekend she was hilarious, heavily pregnant doing her rap routine on Weekend Update, with Sarah Palin at the desk too. Check it out HERE!
*Updated* Amy and Will have named their son Archie Arnett, who was born in New York and he weighed 8 lbs., 1 oz. Their rep Lewis Kay said, "Amy, Will and Archie ar all healthy and resting comfortably."
