Britney Spears took her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to the Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood on Thursday October 23.  The boys looked adorable in their matching shirts!

I love the look on Sean's face - he's probably wondering (like me), why that boy is at a pumpkin patch in his underwear.  Ha.
