Jennifer and Julia Hudson's mother and brother were murdered, as well as Julia's only child, Julian, 7, two weeks ago. William Balfour, Julia's estranged husband is the only suspect in custody at this time, and he may be released from jail on Monday.

According to TMZ, Balfour is being held on a parole violation in a case that is unrelated to the Hudson murders. If there is not enough evidence to prove there was a parole violation, he'll walk Monday - a free man. Balfour will go before the Illinois State Parole Review Board Monday morning at 9 a.m.
If Balfour is charged between now and Monday morning with the Hudson murders, then he'll be kept in custody - or if he is found guilty of violating parole.
To date, no other suspect is being held in the murders.
Of course, William Balfour is innocent until proven guilty of murdering his mother-in-law, brother-in-law and stepson.
