Meg Ryan doesn't look too happy about the large pile of crap in her line of view.
I'm not sure why she's upset, it all looks to be construction related (and not kid created), whereas the mess in and around my house is random and meaningless (and the result of little hands). Besides, it's not like Meg is picking any of that stuff up herself. She has people to do that.
