Gavin Rossdale is a doting dad to sons Kingston, 2, and Zuma, 3 months and he recently admitted that he feels guilty having to leave his boys to tour for his new album, Wanderlust. And little Kingston isn't crazy about daddy leaving either!
Rossdale said, "So being on tour, I love it and totally miss it. I'll be going on tour soon. Now I've got a new complication because I'm so crazy about my son. I can take him for some of it but clearly not all of it, and that's a bit of a heartbreaker... It's a bit sad. I've been away on different trips, and I ring home and speak to him. He's just old enough now to speak to on the phone, and he says, 'Daddy, get off the airplane.'"
Aww, how cute is that? Both Gavin and Gwen seem like such great parents. The couple recently took their boys to Mexico for a family vacation.
Gwen will also be gearing up to tour next year - she and No Doubt are back recording and expect an album out in 2009, followed by tour dates! Can't wait!
