Nicole Kidman gave birth to Sunday Rose in July, and barely 2 weeks after popping that little cutie out, the 41-year-old actress showed no signs of baby weight. True, Nicole didn't get very big during her pregnancy, but still, how did she do it? What's her secret?
Nicole does Yoga and takes vitamins as well but she's also a workout fanatic.
According to Project Weight Loss, "Three weeks after giving birth to Sunday Rose, her daughter, she was on the bike, pedaling and recovering." She also worked out during her pregnancy and that most likely helped the birth be so easy and her recovery so quick.
And Nicole is fairly tall and has always been slim, so that probably contributes as well. Damn her. However, she does have a 'little tummy,' and says it runs in her family.
