Naomi Watts was photographed carrying a covered pan of Thanksgiving treat(s) by some paparazzi that apparently don't feel the need for such things themselves. It's Thanksgiving, people, let the pregnant lady have a moment- or help her. It's the holiday thing to do.
As far as what is under the foil, I'm sticking with turkey, although a pyramid of cranberries is a close second.
