I love the show ER - one of my favorites and I'm sad that this is the last season. But this isn't about me - it's about one of the stars of the hit TV program. One of the doctors on the show is pregnant in real life! I'll give you a hint - it's not John Stamos.
Find out after the jump!
Actress Parminder Nagra, who plays Dr. Neela Rasgotra, is expecting her first child. According to The Enquirer, the producers of ER won't be writing her pregnancy into the show, so they'll have to get creative hiding her baby bump.
A friend said, "Parminder is thrilled beyond belief about this baby.
"But with the show in its last season, she doesn't want to take anything away from the fanfare. She's happy to be filmed standing behind counters or other techniques that can hide a growing baby bump.
"Viewers won't have a clue. The big lab coats and gurneys will be hiding her belly." (I think they're going to know now!)
Nagra said in a previous interview, that she wanted to give herself until the age of 35 to make her mark in hollywood and then she would focus on starting a family. She's now 33 and after doing ER for the past five years, she and photographer boyfriend James Stenson are thrilled to be having their first baby.
Congrats!
