Britney Spears made her live performance comeback at the Bambi Awards Thursday evening and while she seemed a bit stiff during her song and dance routine, she was much better than last year at the VMAs. And she looked good, don't get me wrong, but her outfit was a lot like the costumes that Madonna is sporting for her Sweet and Sticky tour. Just sayin.'
