Kate Beckinsale refuses to do nude scenes because she was traumatized as a child.
Her mother did a nude scene when she was a child and she remembers being so embarrassed and humiliated at school because of it. She says that she will not put her daughter through anything like that.
Kate does have a great body and I'm sure there are plenty of people that would like to see her naked. It's just not going to happen, so don't get your hopes up.
