Happy 27th Birthday to Britney Spears! She sang and danced her debut of Circus on Good Morning America and then performed Womanizer. She was later presented with a giant "Circus" cake and announced she would be kicking off her 2009 tour in the USA.

Britney had her mom, and her two sons on hand to cheer her on while she performed. We got a peek at the boys taking off from the airport to be with their mom here. They're so cute in their vests and matching newsboy hats. It must be nice for her kids to see their mom looking so happy and healthy!
