Suri's Faux Fur Fashion

Suri Cruise and mom Katie Holmes were spotted leaving their NYC apartment on Sunday afternoon, despite the rainy weather.  Suri looked adorable in her faux fur coat and Dora the Explorer umbrella.  The two were headed to the Schoenfeld Theater for Holmes' performance in All My Sons.

A source on scene said that Katie wasn't going to open the umbrella but Suri said, "I neeeeeed it!"  The insider adds, "Katie complied and asked Suri to pick one of two umbrellas that she had, the red ladybug or Dora the Explorer - with Suri picking Dora."

Totally off track here, but...is that a diaper? Isn't she a little old to be wearing diapers outside of nap and bedtime?

Being a mother of four, there's no right or wrong time for a kid to be in diapers IMO - they all develop at different paces and while girls often train easily (not always though!) and more quickly than boys, doesn't mean there aren't 2 1/2 year old girls out there who aren't quite ready to train or maybe they need a bit of extra security when out. :)

How old is Suri? 2 - 2 1/2? Definitely not too old to still be in a pull-up/diaper. My DS was potty trained by this age but my DD took a while longer. And, really, so not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. And as Sassy said, most 2 1/2 year olds are on the cusp of training and many still wear pull-ups when out of the house for added security.

Furs have never been more in fashion than right now. Every top fashion magazine (Vogue, Elle, In Style, Harper's Bazaar & W) is showing FUR, FUR, AND MORE FUR. Faux or Real...Suri is definitely in fashion!
