Could the man be wearing anymore make-up??  Please Clay, lay off the thick stuff so you don't freak out your son.

He doesn't wear makeup on a regular basis. They did overdo it a bit for this photoshoot.(Though I always loved the eyeliner look on him.) I think they were trying to play up the feminine aspects of his looks.

I'm so thrilled for him(though I think he's going to find two young children quite a handful! I don't think he has any idea what he's letting himself in for!) It's wonderful to see him enjoying so much happiness and love in his life.

I also have to admire Reed for being a part of this. I think they are both in this for the long haul. I have a lot of respect for Reed. I think he will make an amazing father, too.

I just hope that this pregnancy and delivery goes as well as the first one, and that their second child has no health problems like Parker did.

I know a lot of people think this situation is untenable. But, I think it is a beautiful celebration of life and love.

I'll be praying for them.

I have to admire Jaymes too. They both said the hell with what others will think and say (and brother do they ever!) and just move on with their lives. Bravo to a wonderful family unit. All of them. Love comes in a "thousand different ways"!

The makeup is not makeup, it's "airbrushing" and yes, I also think they were trying to feminize him.  Thing is, this 'news' is all over but has yet to be verified.  Heh.  What if it's not true???????

Sorry Claymates, it's true about the make-up.  Clayton wears it on his days off too. Just another little truth about him you'll have to get use to.  He's a good dad - that's what is important.

Sorry, "guest", you're full of it.  I've seen Clay out many times on his day off as we live in the same neighborhood, & he's just about the least likely guy to wear makeup "offstage."  He barely even combs his hair!  Those People mag pics were totally airbrushed.  Weird, because he doesn't look at all like that in real life.

Recently, we've seen pictures of Clay taking his son and Jaymes home from the hospital, and not a drop of make-up. 'People' must have gotten a 'deal' on air-brushes as they use them for others as well.

I never thought I'd be OK with this kind of unconventional family, but when you take a look at the state of familys today and the divorce rate, what they have going seems pretty well thought out. Kind of like a divorce where all the legal stuff has been taken care of, yet they live together and love each other enough to make sure all is OK for Parker and their next child.

It just seem unselfish....

You Claymates just don't get it.  Clayton DOES wear make-up on his days off.  By acting so put out about it you are bashing him.  He was wearing the stuff back in college even!

I love clay as an entertainer and as a kind person, I hope he is happy in his personal life, but I think its awful that he cant live it in peace.

its funny that clay has had many pictures taken of him out, and he isnt wearing a bit of makeup..hilarious..Im not blind and Im not stupid, but since I am not in his pocket and I dont know how much makeup he does or does not wear, I cant really say if he does or doesnt..its funny how people can come on here with the name "guest" and say that they know stuff for sure..I can do the same thing, make up all sorts of stuff and expect people to believe it because I say so.

I have been following Clay Aiken and his career since he appeared on American Idol and can honestly say I can't think of another male celebrity who is less concerned with how they look or dress when not in front of a camera. Anyone who has seen shots of him coming through

LAX would confirm makeup and stylists are nowhere in sight.

The good news is he has a great voice, is a wonderful entertainer, and he is happy.  Clay will be a great dad, and I hope the story about another child is true.  Clay has always had his priorities in the right order. GOOD FOR HIM!!

clay is the man, i could care less who he does what ever with.  His work with disabled kids and unicef is WHO the man really is, and if he wants to be a maybeline kind of guy too who cares????

he has a great voice, and people who forget it, only have to hear him sing again, and they remember why he became so important to them way back when.

I know he is a great dad, i dont care how it came about, and i know he has always wanted kids, so i am hoping for a sister here!

clay fans have NOT all flocked away.  yes, there were some delusional fans that thought they KNEW clay best and they gave us all black eyes, but the truth won out, and the ones who heads spinned like tops when it came out, are gone and yea!!!!

clay's career is far from over, and i can only hope that 09 is going to be as great as i think its going to be!!!
