Former Full House star Jodie Sweetin has been accused by her estranged husband Cody Herpin, of being an unfit mother. She's accused of driving - with their 8-month-old daughter Zoie in the vehicle - while intoxicated. A judge has now ruled that the actress is no longer allowed to be with her baby unsupervised.
A doctor who testified in court Tuesday, said Jodie has fallen off the wagon but that she is in touch with her AA sponser and attending meetings. He doesn't believe the baby is in any immediate danger. Both Cody and Jodie will have to submit to drug tests before the next hearing.
Earlier in the day, Sweetin was under emergency investigation by an Orange County, Calif. family court after her husband made allegations about his wife driving drunk with baby Zoie. Herpin's lawyer said, "It's primarily alcohol [abuse] but there's also concern regarding methamphetamines."
The couple legally separated on Nov. 19, seeking joint custoday of Zoie.
Jodie has admitted her previous meth addiction.
