Noelle Beck, who plays Lily Snyder on "As the World Turns," says she was surprised more than her son was when she revealed the "truth" about Santa Claus. Turns out Brock was afraid of Santa Claus all the while.
"My son was the cutest thing when I told him that my husband and I were Santa Claus," says Noelle. "He burst into tears and he said, 'You mean I've been afraid of Santa all this time and it was just you?!'"
Brock "had been petrified his whole life that Santa was going to come into that fireplace. Poor kid, he never told us he was afraid. I guess it just haunted him."
Noelle, 40, and her husband, Eric, are also parents to Forrest, 17, and Spencer, 16.
Silly Brock. You don't need to be scared of Santa coming down the chimney. Be scared of the ghoul living under your bed that gnoshes on children's skulls.
