Britney and Kevin's sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, were spotted at a Medical Clinic with grandpa, Jamie Spears (as well with a nanny and bodyguard) on Thursday. The boys looked in good spirits, so it doesn't appear that they were sick - maybe they were there for a regular check-up?

The boys, I'm sure, are getting excited about the Christmas holiday and were recently treated to a shopping trip with mom while in NYC.
They're such cute kids - Sean looks like his dad and little Jayden is a spitting image of mom!
