David Letterman has faced a lot of health problems before, including a heart bypass, so he's doing his best these days to keep in shape. Especially since he has young Harry to look after. While on holiday vacation at St. Barths, Dave was jogging along and saying how-do-you-do to the lovely ladies he passed.
Dave has a long-time girlfriend, the mother of his son. I don't know if she'd take too kindly to seeing Dave flirt while she's home watching Harry.
