Something tells me that New Year's Eve won't end with Denise Richards smiling and pretty with Lola on her lap.
I'm guessing this is the before shot, as in before Denise leaves the girls with the help and ventures into the streets of Vegas looking for hearts to break and reasons to cry. Hey, it's New Years!
