Wow, what a difference eating and having a baby makes! Nicole Richie looks much healthier since becoming pregnant and giving birth to daughter Harlow, a year ago. The first-time mom and boyfriend Joel Madden were spotted enjoying the surf and sand in Hawaii a couple of days ago and Nicole looks awesome!

In the first picture, a skeletal-looking Nicole (pre-baby) is kinda scary but a post-pregnancy Nicole looks wonderful! She's still tiny, but definitely looking much healthier.
Fatherhood agrees with Joel too - he's looking rather fit and kinda sexy!
