It's just being reported that Big Brother UK star Jade Goody is having an operation today to fix a blocked kidney. It started before Christmas...Jade, battle cervical cancer, started feeling rather unwell after a chemo session.
"I was really down on my chemo day and in a lot of pain," she says. "My doctors decided to keep me in hospital. I had a blockage around my kidney."
She faced "flu-like symptoms and couldn't continue with her panto role as the Wicked Witch in 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.'" After a few tests, doctors said that Jade, 27, needed the emergency procedure.
Jade's agent says, "We are hoping she can come out of hospital again quickly." Jade has 2 sons - Bobby, 5, and Freddie, 4.
Here's hoping everything goes great for Jade.
