Most desirable 'what' you ask? Well, some might think it's how she looks in a bikini but this poll was asking Americans who they would most like to live next door to - and the winner was Sarah Palin!
Why? Is she one of those moms who all of the neighborhood kids flock to, who think of her like a second mother? Perhaps. She is self-admitted down-to-earth person and a "hockey mom" so maybe that is, in part, what puts her at the top of the list.
Palin got 14 percent of the vote, Oprah was second and Olympic champ Michael Phelps was third, with 9 percent.
Surprisingly, Britney Spears was the least favorite celeb - no one wanted to live next to her. What? Shocking!
Other celebrity parents were not viewed very neighborly - David and Victoria Beckham, Rosie O'Donnell and even Joe the Plumber.
The poll was done by real estate website Zillow.com in December, with nearly 2,200 Americans voting. All were over the age of 18.
