Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and his wife Jinky. 

Wait, isn't Jinky one of the ghosts in Pacman? 

Anyway, the couple welcomed their 4th child last week in Los Angeles.

They named the little girl Queen Elizabeth.  That's quite the crown for a kid.
