Who's Smoking While Holding Their (Possible) Baby Bump?

To be fair, it's not been confirmed that this celebrity is pregnant, but there are rumors floating around that she is indeed carrying her second baby.  She's not had a great track record in the past and people probably don't think of her as 'mother of the year' material.  Who is it?

Model Kate Moss has been on vacation in Thailand with her boyfriend Jamie Hince and her six-year-old daughter Lila Grace.

Rumors have been rampant that the 34-year-old is expecting Hince's baby, but she insists that she's not.  However, that's not the first time we've heard a celebrity pregnancy denial only to find out it's actually true.

Moss has been seen out lately, always wearing loose-fitting clothes and avoiding alcohol - so wouldn't she avoid cigarettes too?  Maybe, maybe not.  Kerry Katona was photographed smoking during her pregnancies, so it's not like it doesn't happen.

I hope that Kate isn't pregnant - she needs to step up to the plate with her daughter Lila Grace before bringing more babies into the world!

Its 2009, I believe that denial story is end. But we can't blame them they have their personal reasons why they do that..

garbage! the woman has the choice to smoke or not, despite the fact she's pregnant. I am sure she is in full awareness of all the facts, so she makes her own mind up. otherwise we would be living in some sort of totalitarian state, no?

Sure she has the right to choose whether she smokes while pregnant, but what about the baby's choice? Smaller birth weight, premature birth, health problems later on - I'd think she (if she is preggo) would want to give her baby the best possible chance at a healthy entrance into the world.  Just sayin'.
