It was a family affair for the Cox-Arquettes - with Courteney, David & daughter Coco, having friends join them in Mexico during the New Year's holiday. Sheryl Crow, Laura Dern and Courteney's best Friend Jennifer Aniston, all stripped down to their bikinis and soaked up the sun!

Dad David Arquette had fun with Coco in the pool and looks like a good time was had by all.
Sheryl had her son Wyatt along and Laura's husband Ben Harper was there as well. No word on, if Dern's two kids were present (Ellery, 7, and Jaya, 4).
