Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James are filing for permanent custody of Jesse's daughter from a previous relationship. Sunny, 5, is the daughter of Jesse and ex-girlfriend porn star Janine Lindemulder.
Till now, the former couple have shared custody of Sunny, but that may change shortly. Janine is in jail for 6 months for tax evasion charges, and now stepmom Sandra Bullock and Jesse have full custody of the girl while Janine stares at the bars in her cell.
A source told the Enquirer, "This is a dream come true for Sandra, but it's Janine's worst nightmare. Janine is worried that, while she's in prison, Jesse will file another motion with the court to gain permanent custody."
"Sandra loves Sunny like her own flesh and blood, and will completely support Jesse if he chooses to fight for full custody."
You don't go screwing with Uncle Sam, that's for sure. Janine failed to pay more than $200,000 in income tax. Even after she gets out of prison, she has to spend time in a residential community corrections center.
