Jackie admits to having a few too many cocktails because she was nervous.
All nervousness aside, she should have had enough common sense to know that you don't impress a single father who is looking for someone to be a great mom for his child, by getting fall down drunk.
She probably wasn't fall down drunk, but intoxicated enough to cause Mister Mesnick to worry.
