American Idol's newest judge, Kara DioGuardi has had a busy couple of months. Along with having to prepare for Tuesday night's premiere of the eighth season of American Idol, DioGuardi just revealed that she got engaged to boyfriend Mike McCuddy on December 8 while they were vacationing in Mexico. According to her rep, "No wedding has been planned," which makes me think they're just waiting for the AI season to be over so they can talk the top twelve into singing at their ceremony.
McCuddy, who is descrbed as a "former school teacher-turned-general-contractor," is also a dad. Which means that along with becoming a bride and a new AI judge, DioGuardi will also become a mom! Looks like her multi-tasking may give Ryan Seacrest a run for his money.
