I definitely agree! I actually don't know why Jason is so in love with Melissa! I'm one of the bachelor fans, and I have been watching every episodes of it.  Within each episodes, I really don't know why Jason is so attracted to Melissa.  Maybe i should say what makes Melissa so attractive? I mean right now, the two other girls: Jillian and Molly they are both pretty, cute and fun.  Why he has to send Naomi home but not Melissa?  Well next week, DeAnna will be back.  I really hope that Jason can give DeAnna another chance no matter how bad she broke his heart.  In addition, I also think that DeAnna will be a much better mom compared to Melissa.  The reason why i say that is because during last season, DeAnna was the person who has actually played with Ty and she was the one that Ty probably be with the most.  Melissa didn't even really have a chance to be with Ty yet.  So based on what i have said and the show, shouldn't Jason give another chance to DeAnna?

Well if you go to ABC and watch the rose ceremony from last night in there episode online it is interesting that even though it appeared that Jillian got the second rose she actually got the last. When Melissa accepts the last and walks away there is still a rose on the table. Yet, if you look close before he gives it Jillian there is only one rose. When he hugs Jillian he looks at Naomi and gives her an apology. It really looks as if they are attempting to throw us off the Melissa track. So although I do not care for "Mel" it does appear she will be indeed the final choice.

Oh my god,I Maggie I hope you are right.  I to cannot see what he sees in Melissa.  I don't belive that Melissa is "mother material".  I also don't think she is capable or mature enough to handle an ex-wife/mother of Ty being in "their" lives for the next 18 years.

I think that Molly thinks she is all that.  The only one I truly belive and feel is Jason's perfect match is Jillian.

I think Jillian is the only one mature enough.  Melissa, although fun and cute, is too young and not ready to settle down to his lifestyle...which isn't as much fun as it would appear on the show.  I'm rooting for Jillian, in spite of all the snope reports about it being Melissa....maybe the producers are smarter than the snoops!

I can't believe how hard everyone is being toward Melissa.  I think she is great and thoughtful!  She is the only one who gave him a gift to give to Ty.  How many of the other girls thought about that?  I can't take much more of Molly. She is young and immature and doesn’t have enough life experiences at her age.  Melissa has been through several bad relationships and knows what she wants now.  I liked her from the day she stepped out.  Molly annoyed me with her first impression “show me your golf swing” and still does.  I hope he does choose Melissa because I think she will treat him and his cute little boy like a prince.

Mel is best for him. I dont know where all of these people are getting their information from. How is Mel immature? makes absolutely no sense. She is actually more mature for her age than a lot of girls. She will be the one he marrys and if not he will be making a huge mistake.

Melissa is immature and not ready to be a mother emotionally. Sure, she cleaned up the kitchen, but that's NOT mothering! She was very disappointed when Jason was late and she found out she was going to his house. She needs mothering, ot ready to give it!

Jillian is the only one who is REAL!!! She is the only one who is mature!!! If he picks Melissa, he will regret it!!!

I think Melissa is pretty good. She's thoughtful, she made Ty something while the other girls haven't put much thought into Ty. I would really like to see him end up with Jill though. She seems fun and mature and perfect for him. Molly.. just annoys me. Seems like it's all about her. I hope Jason chooses either Jill or Melissa.

I honestly think that if J chooses Mel, he would definitely regret.  Mel is really not suitable for both J + Ty since she's not ready to settle down in her life.  I think she kind of knows that *up to this point.  Well even though I think Jillian would be okay for being a step mom, I still think that J would choose DeAnna.  Or else why would the show have DeAnna come back now?  And in addition, usually when someone returns, they know that they either make a mistake or that they still love that person.  I truly believe that DeAnna and J they still have feelings for each other.  It's just that DeAnna's feelings for J are stronger.  

Jillian leaves this week 100%, Mel and Molly will be left so now he must chose his poison, either way IMO FAILURE! He blew the biggest chance of his life in finding that someone special. Mol or Mel it will be over by summer for sure!! How stupid! He said to Jill I am not looking for a 2 month girlfriend...really? Do you honestly think either of your F2 will be anything more then that? I totally agree Mel is a babysitter not a step mom or mentor as he called it. I am a step mom and it take a special person to have a good relationship with a step child possibly a better one then the mom because you are NOT the mom you need kid gloves. Mel is not even a mature 25 she act's like my 18 year old saughter in love. Jason = BIG REGRET!

I have also watched the show from the beginning and i do not think he has had a connection with any of the girls. although he has obviously enjoyed kissing them all over and over! if he does pick melissa it will be a repeat of all the previou shows they will not stay together. she is not ready to be a mommy. jillian is my pick love her!

Seems to me Jason's done a pretty good job narrowing down the field to those he feels a connection with and, given the confines of this weird faux-dating situation, he's can't go too far wrong at this point (unless he picks that basket-case, DeAnna, again!). The final three are all beautiful and intelligent and have a sense of who they are and what they want to contribute to the world. Molly and Melissa are young, it's true, but neither seems too immature to put the needs of others ahead of their own. It's true that the chances of Jason recognizing and choosing a soul mate from among a group chosen by TV producers to boost ratings, especially when they are thrown together in this fantasy world, are slim. But it seems like he's done better than most under the circumstances, and I really hope a miracle happens and he ends up with the relationship of a lifetime!  

It wouldn't surprise me if it was Melissa, she is very pretty and petite, and when he saw her in Texas he really gave her the biggest welcome of the three girls. It is obvious why he would be attracted to her, physically she is very stunning.  She also has no real family ties that would hinder her to just pick up and go to Seatle, whereas the other 2 are very family bound. I like her, although sentimantally I do like the Canadian girl. I feel sorry for the girl from Michigan, seems like her family has her pretty messed up. As for Deanna, I have never been able to stand the way she talks and the tone of her voice, yuck, and it is so tacky to have her on the show just for the sensationalism. But, ratings are ratings. I hope Jason realizes how LUCKY he was to dodge THAT bullit. I hope he has a good and happy life no matter what the outcome of the show.

Melissa is the perfect example of someone who knows exactly the right thing to do and say.  Her heart doesnt back up her words and you can see it.  The only one I believe when she speaks is Jillian.  She is definitely the most real person on the show.  

I am so dissapointed he let Jillian go. It broke my heart because she seems the most mature and compatible with him! I think the other girls are way too young to be a mother and move and deal with an ex wife. Sometimes the guys can get caught up in lust on this show. I can only hope for Jillian to be the next bachelorette!!!!

Yay!! thanks Darion!! Finally someone is on the same side as me.  Since me and you are on the same side, I'm willing to say what i want to say again.  DeAnna definitely deserves another chance because she finally realizes that she has done something bad that really hurt Jason's heart.  And because she chooses to come back to the show and faces Jason once again, she knows that she definitely has Jason in her heart and is her turn to do anything to win Jason back.  I support DeAnna and Jason.  However, if he really does not choose DeAnna, Jillian would be my second choice.  Jillian is a type of girl that can also give a lot of happiness to Jason and she's the most *energetic girl.  I think Jason needs someone likes Jillian who can give him a lot of love and share their lifetime together.  That only happen if Jason doesn't choose DeAnna of course!!

Jason has a major in psychology; he is capable of making his own choice. When you bachelor groupies get together and psychoanalyze someone else's life,  it's purely pathetic.  Let this man choose his future ex and enjoy the freakin show. That's all it is ENTETAINMENT for your mushy little brains.

I love Jillian and I think later down the road he will regret it, she was the only mature one on the show! I guess this show is just "pure entertainment" as Lord Macbeth puts it.

I believe the reason Jason is so into Melissa is because he truly wants a woman that is more dependent on him emotionally.  I've known men like this, and if you noticed, he felt Jillian was too "independent" of him, particularly when she talked of engaging in so many adventures in her life, and if he is truly picking Melissa, more than likely it's due to Molly being more independent as well.  Jason is an emotional man who cries easily where he wears his heart on his sleeve, which results in searching for a woman who is more on his level that is emotionally soft and sensitive.

I know thanks for accepting it!  Still a great show as he get's some "private time in the fantasy sweet" then falls in love.  Perfect show for for us guys.  We know what happens once you say you love us.

Lord Macbeth, majoring in psychology doesn't mean anything and has no relevance in picking a wife.  The fact the Jillian is by far superior to any of the others is just common sense.  Its a shame that fake/immature people like Melissa can get through and great/real people like Jillian get shafted.  For this show to be more successful the season should be longer.  This would give you more than enough time to get to know the girls.  Jillian was finally starting to open up and show how much better she is than the others.  If she had one more episode she would be in the top 2 and probably win it.

I am so sad that Jason didnt keep Jill tonight. i wish he would have got rid of molly. she's so fake and i really wanted it to be jill and mel in the finals. but i guess not. jillian seemed so cute for him and they looked perfect together, shes the one that is actually real to him. but whatever, i guess i'm not jason.

The simple fact is Jillian wasn't right for Jason. Yes, she seemed like a very nice girl. He wasn't in love with her, and that's just it. You can't spend the rest of your life with somebody you aren't in love with and he said he didn't love her and that is that! To me, it seemed much more like a great friendship between them than passion or chemistry. And she talked about traveling the world, to me that isn't mature because Ty needs stability!

It isn't fair to critisize Melissa's maturity when she hasn't shown she isn't mature in any way. She seems like she would be a very loving mother. Molly doesn't seem to have a very broad range of emotions, to me she is boring and not very motherly. I'm glad if he does pick Melissa.

Besides Jason knows what he wants, do you people want him to choose someone that doesn't truly make him happy? That's absolutely ridiculous!

Aww, I was sad to see Jil go - alas, she represented us Canadian girls well - real classy and full of adventure and fun!!! I really hope that now that it's between Mel and Molly that he chooses Mel - at least she's been honest with him about her feelings where as with Molly he had to pry it out - she seems pretty uptight and kinda snotty if you ask me. I have to agree with Amanda there. Melissa is loving and affectionate...

Nevermind the moles, the winner has french tip acrylic nails, which Melissa has had all season.  Molly's nails are natural, and have had colored polish all season.

Definitely don't know what Jason is thinking in his mind!! Why did he choose to send Jill home but not Molly? I thought he was going to send Molly home.  It was sad to see that Jill was the one who was being sent home.  She missed her chance completely.  Since I think Molly is the type of girl that is very independent and she's being fake all the time.  You guys know what? Right now since Jill was gone, I would definitely want to see J + D together.  It was because when you compare D with both Mol and Mel, D would be the most suitable person.  Cuz honestly D is the person that knows what Jason is really thinking.  She has gone through all moments with J, so when it comes to *understanding, D is not bad then the other two women.  D can really fight with the two other women since they have gone through the same process.

In the beginning of the season you see Jason walking hand in hand with a brunette. Add that with the mole theroy and you have Melissa. Melissa is not marriage material for Jason and definitely not mother material for Ty. She is emotionally immature. She is indeed insecure. As for the gift she made for Ty, all show for Jason. She is fake and it shows. She will say what Jason wants to hear and sadly he is falling for it.

Jillian was to strong independant for Jason. Molly is to high maintenace for him. Sadly that only leaves Melissa.

I think Melissa is great for Jason and I'm hoping that is truly who he picks. Molly gets on my nerves. As far as Michelle's comment about hoping he gets back with Deanna...thats ridiculous! She turned him down and broke up with her "first" choice and now wants to get back with Jason when he has moved on. Yeah, she would make a great stepmom for Ty. That isn't true, Deanna has been seen on the hollywood scene at clubs and such the last couple months. I don't think she would do that if she is engaged to Jason. It doesn't make sense. As for Melissa going back to an ex boyfriend that doesn't make sense either. I guess we'll all see what happens in two weeks, but i'm guessing he is engaged to Melissa, and it's really emotional because perhaps Molly gets really upset?

I hope Jason does end up with Melissa. She seems real and she has had enough heartache. She needs someone to love her and Jason needs to be loved. He has been totally enthralled with her from the beginning and it has grown with time.

I was very disappointed that he sent Jillian home and kept Molly. I have never like Molly, I have never thought she was attractive and I have never seen one ounce of chemistry between them. She is very closed off and a weirdo. Totally opposite of what Jason says he wants. Jillian is gorgeous, smart and had a chemistry that is missing with Molly.

jason said he wasnt looking for a mother for ty but a best friend and a role model and i know ty  later on will need a mom but right now it will be slow pace so i think mel is fine for them i dont think she is imature. shes young yes but so is molly. i think molly is to adventurous for jason and ty right now if he choses her she wont be able to be adventerous till later in life. i think mel is a good pick for him and she really shows she cares for him he said that she makes him feel special and loved

YAY!!!!! Melissa has been my favourite since day one!!! I will be soo happy if she wins! To me they look like an amazing couple! I just want to know what this drama is thats going down on the after the final rose show!!!

Jason proposes to Melissa in New Zealand.  He breaks up with her at the After the rose show.  He is now with Molly.  Jason and producers planned this from the beginning for ratings, but Melissa was blindsided by it all.  

In the very first episode they showed a snapshot of Jason putting the ring on a gal's finger and if you looked closely the nails were a dead giveaway!  They are, unfortunately, Melissa's nails!  I am not sure what his attraction is to her when he just said in the last episode that Melissa is actually a lot like Deanna and Ty's mom.  What does that tell you?!

I think Jason is sexually attracted to Melissa - he's not into the best friend thing as he told Jillian.  I think he has issues all going back to his first wife.  I guess she left him and perhaps she was dark haired.  Or maybe he is comparing Melissa to Deanna since she looks closest to her.  You can tell they have a sexual and very comfortable relationship - I noticed this when they did, I believe, the General Hospital shoot when she ran out crying and then he comforted her.  She put her legs over his (and if you think about it, most girls do that when they feel really really comfortable with a guy - they seemed like they were already a couple).  I didn't like her much either as I felt she was immature (and what is with the hair and that big pouf on the top?).

On the other hand, Molly is very cold.  I don't l ike her at all!  She even said it herself that she's reserved and I think Jason is looking for warmth.  On another blog, they said deanna came to comfort him and that she has another boyfriend now.  He's in the suit (which is right after the last rose ceremony when he eliminated jillian - he's hysterical - but it's probably all hype so we think something awful happened, and maybe he's just sad because he had to let jillian go and he's not used to hurting people like that - he seems very sensitive - he also sounds like Ron Howard if you close your eyes (Richie, on Happy Days....Opie, Mayberry RFD - now Oscar nominated director).  He's a really nice guy.....but when Chris Harrison keeps saying something so shocking happens that they need to protect all parties, you have to believe they wouldn't just be saying that for ratings....

Is Deanna pregnant?  Maybe she slept with both Jason and jessie and found out?  but then why let him go on the bachelor and go through all this.  Someone said molly was pregnant but that wouldn't work either as the show stopped filming in October he told Ellen...that would make someone 4 months pregnant....Then there were rumors that there are 2 after the rose ceremonies...I hadn't heard that.  I think it has something to do with melissa's parents....I wouldn't marry someone either without meeting their parents...and how private could they be?  i'd be afraid she was hiding something for a reason....or maybe after all this, jason and his ex-wife got back together.

What are you girls talking about! I thin Melissa is the most down to earth and breath of fresh air that he will be happy with. All the others seemed as if they were trying to be someone they weren't. Throughout the entire process I belive Melissa has stayed true to who she is and I hope he does choose her. They will be a couple to watch! His face lights up each time he looks at her. Too cute!

Here is a thought...maybe he realizes that he made a mistake in sending Jill home and perhaps Deanna comes back to tell him that he can change his mind and choose Jill.  Melissa is a reality tv troll (Making of the team then Bach).  If someone can't look you in the eyes and say "I love you" they don't.  Melissa wouldn't look at him when she was telling him until he bent down to her level.  He and Molly seem like friends more than anything else, not a lot of chemistry, but that could be due to editing.  I don't think that the ending is going to be as obvious as everyone thinks.  Also, in January he was in Nashville.  Does anyone know what that's about?  I have a friend who has a picture of him and a rest. but he wasn't with any of the girls.

Jason is so dumb for getting rid of Jill, she is obviously the best choice and he gave it up. However, out of Molly and Mel, I really hope he picks Mel. I do like Molly, but I don't think she is the right choice for him. And if this whole thing about him picking Mel and then dumping her for Molly is true because of dramatic reasons, that is horrible, because people want him to pick someone who he actually loves. Not for dramatic reasons, it kind of defeats the purpose of the whole show. And there is no way he would pick Deanna, he is not that stupid, she broke his heart once, he is not going to put himself in a position to get hurt again!

Well if you say that Jason is not stupid that "he is not going to put himself in a position to get hurt again", wait and see.  Okay even though the fact that he proposes to NZ is just for tv ratings, and Jason is with Molly all along, wait and see what will happen to them later on.  Right now even though Jason said he's engaged to Molly, just wait and see.  They could just break up real quick too after the *engagement.  Just like DeAnna and Jesse.  Personally, I do hope that will happen between Molly and Jason.  It's because Jason is definitely making a mistake, in the fact that he chooses to send both Jill and Stephanie (earlier in the show) home.  Either Jill or Stephanie would be a better choice.  In terms of settling down, being a stepmom, enjoying the relationship with Ty... All I can say right now is good luck to Jason + Molly.  See how long they can be together.

I totally agree with Gina's comment--What is up with Melissa's hair pouf!  Maybe this could be a new fad??!!  Also, I don't want to be too critical as I do believe that Melissa is a beautiful woman; yet, no one has mentioned her buck teeth--that would get on my nerves!!

Considering the circumstances of the show, Jillian and Stephany are the only genuine and mature of all the women.  In fact, Jason shows his lack of maturity when stating the obvious to Jillian just before her departure: "you have to be more than friends"--duh! As if Jillian didn't understand that...Furthermore, she stated the reality and most important quality in a relationship: true commitment, and the hope of living with one whom you love even after the years of youth have fled.  After the passions of lust linger (not stating they have to in all relationships); in the end, you truly want to be with your best friend!  Jillian, you are the most sensical and honest woman on the show, deserving a more sensical man, as myself...
