Get a pen and pad of paper because I'm going to tell you the real secret to Alessandra Ambrosio's super-hot body!  She had her first baby - daughter Anja - in August of last year and here we are at only February, and she doesn't even look like she had a kid.  So, are you ready to find out what she does to have a firm, tight body just 6 months after giving birth?

She doesn't do anything - well barely anything.

The Victoria's Secret model told guests at Russell James' book launch that she really doesn't do much to look the way she does.

"I only do yoga once a week or so, but that's it for now."  Of course.

So, all you new moms (heck, experienced moms too!), get off that treadmill, put down those weights, stop doing stomach crunches - there's no need.  Do a half-assed yoga session once a week, and you'll see results.

Me?  I'm going to go eat a freakin' brownie now.  Maybe a cookie too.
