Sam Lutfi is a piece of work.
He's caused Britney Spears enough trouble and heartache to last a lifetime but now he's on a new adventure.
He is suing Britney and her family for defamation and breach of contract. Sam also claims libel, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Doesn't he realize that everyone knows that he is a schmuck and everyone knows it?
His case states, “Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life,” the papers read. “This campaign also provided Jamie with the opportunity he needed to obtain an appointment as Britney’s conservator."
“Despite seemingly accomplishing their objectives, Jamie and Lynne have nevertheless continued their smear campaign against Lutfi. Thus, having no other alternative, Lutfi brings this action to defend himself against Jamie’s and Lynne’s persistent attacks.”
He also wants 15% of her earnings over 4 years. He says they had an oral agreement to that affect.
Do you think that the courts are going accept the word of someone they've just ruled has to be under a conservatorship for the rest of her life?
