Celebrity mom Jodie Sweetin, of "Full House" fame, is in the middle of divorce proceedings with her husband Cody Herpin. And the custody battle rages on for their daughter Zoie. With rumors flying around that Jodie is back on drugs, the judge overseeing her case ordered a drug test.
The results? Came back totally clean. "Her test is good," said Jodie's lawyer, Wilma Presley, "It's clear."
Cody also came back clean, according to his lawyer, Robert Benevente. "Cody voluntarily took a hair follicle test and tested clean," said Benevente.
Jodie, 27, and Cody, 31, both showed up for a custody hearing today. Jodie's lawyer said that the court should be sealed for Zoie's privacy, but the judge is waiting until February 25 to decide on the matter.
Cody has argued that Jodie is still abusing drugs and alcohol, and is a risk to their 10-month-old daughter. For the moment, the couple have 50-50 custody of Zoie.
Thank God Zoie is too young to know about all the crap going on. I hate seeing these disputes, because it's only rarely truly about the children involved.
