Looks like hospital bills and child care don't pay for themselves because Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus, and plane crash survivor Travis Barker are reuniting as Blink 182! All 3 band members are proud papas, so it should be a wild ride come this summer, when they plan to tour again.
The following message just popped up on their official web site:
"This past week there've been a lot of questions about the current status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it straight from us. To put it simply, We're back. We mean, really back. Picking up where we left off and then some. In the studio writing and recording a new album. Preparing to tour the world yet again. Friendships reformed. 17 years deep in our legacy."

Travis, daddy to Landon Asher and Alabama Luella with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, was in a terrible plane crash in September. Four people died and only Travis and his friend DJ-AM aka Adam Goldstein survived.
Good to see Travis back at work. I'm sure a lot of people are really excited to see the band back together.
