Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline have finally come to an agreement concerning their sons - Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2 - while Spears is on tour. Brit reportedly threatened to cancel her spring concerts if she wasn't able to bring her boys along - and after some back and forth between their lawyers, an arrangement has been mapped out.
TMZ reports that a finalized deal has been signed, and Kevin will receive $5,000 per week and the boys will accompany their mother while she's touring.
Preston and Jayden will have visits from their mom at three different base locations - New Jersey, New Orleans and L.A. Brit will commute to be able to spend time with the tots. She'll be with them three days and nights per week while she's working. The arrangment is believed to continue even after she's done touring - essentially giving her and Federline 50/50 custody.
Kevin will receive the five grand whether he accompanies the boys or not.
Hopefully all of this moving around in the coming weeks isn't too hard on the kids!
