Coronation Street's Kym Marsh Loses Son After Premature Birth

Terrible news for Coronation Street star Kym Marsh. Kym gave birth prematurely to a son, Archie Jay Lomas, who died just moments after being born. Archie was only 22 weeks along, and Kym and partner Jamie Lomas (of the show "Hollyoaks") released the following statement:

"Archie is our beautiful angel and we will miss him so much."

Kym, 32, is mom to son David, 13, and daughter Emily, 10, with ex Dave Cunliffe. Jamie is a father to Billy, 2, with his ex, Hayley Lever.



Archie was due to be born in June, but instead came yesterday, the same day as her Coronation costar Alison King gave birth to a daughter.

Our hearts go out to Kym and Jamie. Just awful.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know the pain in which you are suffering. As I too am feeling that same pain. I have just lost my baby & finding it very hard to cope with.
