Charlie Sheen's rep is confirming that Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller, who is expecting twins this spring, was hospitalized on Tuesday after experiencing premature contractions but that she is doing fine. Also, Charlie Sheen has not left the building.
Stan Rosenfeld released a statement on Wednesday saying, "Brooke Mueller Sheen was taken to a Los Angeles area hospital Tuesday morning after experiencing premature contractions, which is not uncommon at this stage of a pregnancy carrying twins."
"She is expected to be released from the hospital today," he continued.
Meanwhile, previous reports that Sheen was partying it up in Sin City while his wife was hospitalized have been refuted by a source at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. "Absolutely not true," the source said. "He was in Vegas for business...He did not spend the night, did not party."
