"I produced three fantastic chidren with my ex-wife," says Celebrity Apprentic winner Piers Morgan. "The best advice I ever got was to speak to them every day - that's when you need your ex to be very accommodating."
Piers, cohost of "America's Got Talent," 43, says that he and ex Marion Shalloe, while divorced, are still friends. Keeping that bond is "important for your kids." Spencer, 15, Stanley, 11, and Bertie, 8, stay Piers' top priority. "My children bring me more happiness than anything I've done professionally - ever."
