After passing away on Wednesday, March 18, from apparent head injuries, actress Natasha Richardson's official cause of death has been determined.

The New York City medical examiner's office concluded that Natasha Richardson died of blunt impact to the head.
The death was ruled an accident and the cause of death is listed as "epidural hematoma due to blunt impact to the head," according to NYC medical examiner spokeswoman Ellen Borakove.
So sad that a fall on a beginner ski hill could turn out so tragically.
Natasha Richardson will be remembered by family and friends in New York in the next couple of days. Her funeral arrangements are being arranged by the Greenwich Village Funeral Home.
