Jennifer Garner must really hate it when Ben leaves the toilet seat up, because she's instituted a fine for every time he forgets to shut the toilet.
Ben has agreed to pay $5.00 every time he forgets, I'm thinking he forgets a lot.
I really need to do that, I would be a rich woman. I have three boys in the house that I have to constantly remind to put the seat down.
