Poor Madonna, she's having such a rough time lately. She is being bad mouthed by people in Malawi for the adoption "kidnapping" of Mercy, she had to break up with her boy toy Jesus Luz and Guy is dating, a lot.
Now on top of it all, her staff is walking out on her slowly but surely, and they don't have very many nice things to say about their experience. Sure they had a great time traveling the world and all that but the work experience was rough.Madonna had two personal assistants, two nannies and a chauffeur quit within a relatively short period of time. Why?
It seems that even if you work for a multi-millionaire pop singer, you should be able to have a little quality of life. The long hours that Madonna requires was the main reason all her employees quit.
The most recent employee to quit took to her Facebook page to tell of her should I stay, or should I go, battle.
“Not putting up (with) this s— any more,” an entry from February.
“Never have, never will. Standing up for my rights regardless of consequence. Sick of always being the one who compromises.”
The next day she wrote: “You know the score!!! No one messes with my party.”
A month earlier, as she prepared for a weekend off, Ms Jacobsen vowed to “make the most of my 48 f—ing hours” of freedom.
It sounds like she was tired of not getting any time off. The long hours that Madonna requires her employees to work also make it sound like Madonna can't do anything by herself. I bet she just wants all these toadies around telling her how great she is all the time. Actually, now that I think about it, I think she probably can't do anything because she is always working out and doesn't have time for anything else.
