It was only a matter of time. Jon and Kate Gosselin, parents of 8 and stars of the TV show "Divorce Court" "Jon & Kate Plus 8" will be facing off with America's sweetheart Nadya Suleman, aka Octomom, and her brood of 14 children on what can only be called the pinnacle of reality television.
It does seem a bit early, albeit inevitable. Personally I had anticipated something along the lines of "Family Feud" or "Laff-A-Lympics," but that's why I'm just a writer and not a marketing genius.
According to a source the contest between the families will take place on a special edition of "Dancing With the Stars" and will feature "choreographed numbers that showcase the talents of the Gosselins and Ms. Suleman, respectively."
The source also states that the children are "obviously very young and there is a large span between their ages, therefore you will see everything from strollers to cribs on wheels."
"DWTS" and ABC were not available for comment.
