Brad & Angelina Split, Brad Wants Custody Of The Kids?
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie seem to be having some couple issues. Angie’s been working long hours on the set of her latest movie Salt and Brad is having a hard time caring for their six children and not getting enough attention from her. According to sources, Brad wants Angelina to marry him or he’s leaving and apparently Angelina is upset with Brad’s drinking. Sounds like a recipe for disaster!
Friends are afraid the mega-star couple are headed for a nasty breakup and if it goes to court, Brad will ask for full custody of their six kids.
It seems the fairytale romance is almost over – Brad is upset because Angie won’t spend time with him or marry him, and Angelina is not thrilled when she arrives home from work to find Brad drinking.
It recently came to a head when Angelina arrived home to find Brad drinking beer, and watching a DVD while their children caused chaos elsewhere in the house.
A source said, “It ended up with a big shouting match. They may end up splitting for good, and if it comes to that, Brad is going to ask for custody of all the children.”
There could also be the issue of dividing up their massive fortune.
Well, if Pitt is having a hard time caring for six kids while Angelina is working, why would he want full custody of them? He’d really be nuts!
Does this mean they’re not having any more children?

I doubt they are really splittng only last weeks it was reported Angelina was pregnant again, Every relashionship goes through highs and lows especially in a high profile relationship as especially this one as everyone seems to be willing it to fail. They have 6 beautiful children and great careers and obviously must love each other to survive all the gossip past and present. I hope this is just gossip as it would be sad to see those kids becoming the object of a celebrity baby battle. Good luck to both of them

At this point, a judge will look at the best interest of the children and Jolie has shown a lot of public growing up while Brad has shown the opposite.
His recent withdrawal into France alone suggests that kids will be with nannies 90% if given to Pitt. Not good. Jolie on the other hand has never been seen having a life outside of family or either itching to have one. She’s not spotted in bars or doing crazy things like going to the spa with pals. She has cleaned up her image a lot.
A judge will take into consideration their publicly projected image (not unfounded tabloid rumors) and while people call Jolie a husband stealer, its Pitt who made the decision to take the plunge (irresponsibly at that) and now seems to bail out while committed with actual living kids on the line. No judge will ever fail to see the selfishness in that.
The vials of blood are obviously the past to any judge. If they raise that then they will be as dumb as any street blogger. They can get him recused. Judges are smarter than blogging fans and trashers.
On the overall, I would say Jolie would win full custody is she keeps trashing Pitt to a minimum (sticking to parenting issues)and be file for ‘shared’. Judges always shit on the parents that ask for full custody. Its a blatant display of selfishness that is never missed by a decent judge.

Wow – wouldn’t it be “cool” if Brad got back with Jen because Brad didn’t realize how good he had it, and with 6 kids, Jen won’t have to have any, blah blah blah. I don’t know what he was thinking anyway, Angie’s a flake what with vials of blood and all that other wierd stuff she’s done.
