Rapper, high school football coach, and celebrity Doggfather Snoop Dogg showed the world one of the things he does best yesterday on Twitter (video after the jump).
As soon as Snoop figured out how to stream live video on his Twitter page, what did he do? You guessed it: burn a phatty. From what I can tell, it looks like the inaugural
Twitter toke-athon (known as the Wake and Bake Show) was completely impromptu. Way to think on your
feet, Snoop!
Snoop's career path is about as eclectic as it gets. He's come all the way from being a hardcore gangsta rapper to the star of a reality show based on his parenting skillz. When you put that kind of resume together with his disdain for the law and his love of marijuana -- you get a pretty strange cocktail of contradictions as a parent.
Snoop makes no bones about getting high, but is it a good idea to broadcast yourself burning a doobie on your Twitter page? Probably not. Forget the possibility of getting raided by the cops and having to miss your son's high school football games because you have to go to probationary rehab. How exactly do you explain your substance use (abuse?) to your kids (all between the ages of 9 and 14)?
